Position Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives and digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Assist in creating and managing content for the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; suggest optimizations
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
Help manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new technologies
Support market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media platforms
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
Interest or background in fintech, finance, or real estate is a plus
