Performance Marketing Analyst
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to help drive data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop insights from marketing analytics to inform business decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track key performance metrics across digital channels (Paid Search, Display, SEO, Email, Retargeting, etc.)
Translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Manage data accuracy, attribution, and reporting systems to ensure transparency and efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics as an individual contributor, not in a managerial role
Proficiency in Moderate to Advanced Excel and Google Analytics (GA4) skills, Power BI, Google Search, and Salesforce
Demonstrated understanding and experience working with marketing data and digital marketing channels
Strong analytical thinker who can effectively communicate insights and recommendations through data storytelling
Assessment: May include an Excel/Google Analytics evaluation to assess technical skills and analytical abilities.
