Job Description
Muskaan is seeking a highly-motivated Digital Marketing & Online Sale Executive to help manage online orders and advertising campaigns for the project. We are looking for someone with keen knowledge in digital marketing who is passionate about our cause. This individual would help with the preparation, execution, and optimization of our online activity and presence in ways that closely align with Muskaan and Ecowrap’s vision.
Responsibilities Develop strategies for digital marketing to achieve outlined business objectives and goals.
• Collaborate with the content creator for marketing material needed for Instagram, Facebook, and selling platform advertising campaigns.
• Generate marketing ideas and strategies to attract and engage relevant customer base
• Initiate and follow leads by engaging with followers using comments and direct messages on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Manage digital media responses, including monitoring and responding to comments inquiries, and reviews on social media and other online platforms.
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage online selling platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart), optimize product listings, manage inventory, drive sales and monitor analytics.
• Actively participate in search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, optimizing images, and improving website visibility in search engine results.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing, and implement best practices to enhance the brand's online presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing
• 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
Competencies: (Desired / Necessary skills for this role)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices and how to apply them in the field.
• Working awareness of ad serving software, business to business social media and Instagram promotions as well as SEO/SEM.
• Awareness of web analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
• Analytical mentality and critical thinking skills and practice in creative content writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with selling platforms like Amazon and Etsy, including product listing optimization and sales management.
