Digital Marketing Account Manager

MediaNV is a fast-growing digital marketing agency built for the dental and healthcare space. We combine SEO, paid media, and proprietary AI-driven call tracking technology to help practices grow. We're expanding quickly, which creates real room for people who want to build their career fast.
The Role
Our SEO and paid media teams handle execution. This role is the client's trusted point of contact: the person who can explain what's happening in their account, why it matters, and what's next, in a way that makes the client feel confident MediaNV knows their business cold.
You don't need to have run a Google Ads account yourself. You do need to understand SEO and paid media well enough to speak to it with authority, on a call, with zero notice, in front of a practice owner who's asking hard questions.
What You'll Own
• Full lifecycle for a portfolio of client accounts: onboarding, strategy narrative, reporting, retention
• Translating the work our SEO and paid media teams execute into a clear, credible story the client trusts
• Client-facing strategy calls and quarterly business reviews, representing the reasoning behind what's being done in the account
• Staying current enough on SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB, and AI search/AEO to field client questions on the spot
• Coordinating with our internal SEO and paid media teams to stay ahead of account changes and flag client concerns before they escalate
• Monthly performance reporting that ties results to a narrative the client can act on
• Holding the relationship steady when performance dips or a client pushes back
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years managing client-facing digital marketing accounts, agency experience preferred
• A real track record of retention and growth. You should be able to talk through specific accounts you kept and grew, not just describe your job duties
• Strong working knowledge of SEO and paid media (ROAS, CPA, campaign structure, technical SEO basics). You don't need to have run the campaigns, but you need to explain them without hesitating
• A track record of translating technical or data-heavy work into language a business owner trusts and acts on
• Comfortable presenting performance data directly to a founder or executive, and holding your own when they push back
• Genuine interest in AI search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and where search is heading, not just legacy SEO
• Healthcare, dental, or other regulated or local-service industry experience is a strong plus
