Digital Marketing & Account Manage
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
• Coordinate with content, design, social media, performance marketing, and development teams.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize digital marketing activities across various platforms.
• Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and performance reviews.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for clients.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
Requirements:
• 1.52 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
