Role & Requirements
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mid-level Marketing Communication Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing communication efforts in collaboration with our digital marketing team. Your expertise in communication strategies, content development, and coordination will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless integration between traditional marketing and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
· Communication Coordination: Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to align messaging and strategies across all marketing channels. Ensure a consistent brand voice and message in both traditional and digital communication efforts.
· Content Collaboration: Partner with the content creators in the digital marketing team to develop engaging and impactful content for various platforms, including website copy, social media, email campaigns, and more.
· Campaign Integration: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns that encompass both traditional and digital channels. Provide input to ensure a balanced mix of communication methods.
· Social Media Synergy: Work alongside the digital marketing team to contribute to social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement strategies. Ensure that traditional and digital campaigns are aligned for maximum impact.
· Copy Review and Editing: Review and edit marketing content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the brand's messaging guidelines. Adapt content to suit different communication channels.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration with various teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
· Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and consumer behaviour, sharing relevant insights with the digital marketing team to optimize campaigns and strategies.
· Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to gather and interpret performance data from various campaigns. Assist in generating reports that offer insights into the effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts.
· Event Support: Provide support in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences, collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure online presence and promotion.
· Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency in messaging, design, and branding across all marketing communication materials, in line with brand guidelines.
Skills
