Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital HR Client Advisory Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our SAP practice, you will be responsible for driving project delivery for our SuccessFactors Application Maintenance and Support or Digital HR client advisory services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify key challenges, and develop solutions to enhance their business functionality and overall performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive project delivery for SuccessFactors Application Maintenance and Support or Digital HR client advisory services.
• Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance our clients' business functionality and overall performance.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education.
• Good to have any SAP Certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
