Job Description
Genesis BCW is looking for a Digital Graphic Designer for it's Mumbai office. The individual will join our Design team. For this requirement we are looking for an individual with experience in designing different digital formats like social media content (posts and animated GIFs), website designs, emailer/newsletter design etc.
As a Digital Graphic Designer, you are expected to support day-to-day client activities and provide guidance to junior team members through ongoing counsel and effective delegation.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, infographics, presentations, and report documents.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and select style and size of type.
• Extensive use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign to create and generate new graphic formats.
• Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and/or supervisors and making necessary changes.
• Website designing and production and to work in sync with tech team.
• Contribute to visualisation brainstorms
• Complete all assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements as needed
• Confer with the managers to discuss and determine design
Experience:
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience
· Must have aesthetic sense
· Knowledge of brand guidelines
· Digital media knowledge
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite software (especially Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects
