The Role
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Digital Experience & Content Coordinator to join our Ecom Trade and Digital Experience team for a 8-month secondment.
This role is based in Sydney and will be offering the flexibility and hybrid ways of working.
What you'll do:
As a Content Coordinator for BIG W X, you will be responsible for managing the integrity of all online content for products.
The day to day role will require you to:
Produce digital product content that is inspiring, accurate and supports brand principles and SEO principles;
Source product details (including title, description, imagery, features and benefits) from our Commercial team and suppliers;
Manage the data flow and product entry for products into our product database, and onto the website;
Partner with our Marketing Content Producers to manage the process of product samples for photography, and maintain accurate image flow;
Partner with our legal and compliance teams to understand consumer laws in relation to content, and to ensure our online content meets those requirements;
Be the digital representative in post implementation reviews and range health check meetings;
Understand and work within disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and effective.
