DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR
The Digital Engagement Coordinator is a member of a dynamic team responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on initiatives that grow audiences, support ticket sales and donation targets, and strengthen community engagement.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing & Engagement, the Coordinator supports digital marketing activities for the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra (WSO), Winnipeg New Music Festival (WNMF), and the Pantages Performing Arts Centre (PPAC), including websites, social media, digital advertising, and the WSO TO GO mobile application. The Coordinator collaborates across departments to implement digital initiatives that support concerts, events, fundraising campaigns, education and community engagement programs, and other organizational priorities.
The Digital Engagement Coordinator is creative with strong communication skills, marketing and design knowledge, and excellent attention to detail. They are collaborative, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
