The Many seeks a visionary Digital Director to spearhead digital strategy across key accounts.
You will own the digital direction, shaping the roadmap, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment with big-picture goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic vision for digital channels
• Lead digital conversations with clients, decode data into insight, and become a trusted partner
• Guide cross-functional teams, including channel leads, content creators, analysts, and media specialists
• Analyze data to inform smart decisions and optimize performance
• Leverage tools like Asana/ClickUp to bring visibility across projects and lead remote teams with precision, empathy, and async excellence
Requirements:
• 5+ years in digital leadership or senior strategy roles
• Digital campaign expertise across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Strong client management skills, with a proactive and solutions-first approach
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, and technology teams
• Confidence to lead remotely and a curiosity to continuously improve
