About SRAM
SRAM is a new-age boutique communications agency that works across brands, campaigns, content, digital communication, social media, presentations, and creative experiences.
We are a small, ambitious team that believes good communication begins with a strong idea - not just good-looking execution.
Our work can take many forms. One brief may require a social media campaign, another may need a presentation, a reel, a digital film, an AI-generated visual, or a completely new way of communicating an idea.
We enjoy working with people who are curious, resourceful, culturally aware, and excited about experimenting with new formats and tools.
If you enjoy variety, like taking ownership, and want to work on different brands and creative challenges, you will fit right in.
About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer who can take an idea and find the most engaging way to bring it alive.
This is not a role limited to graphic design or video editing. We are looking for a creative all-rounder who is comfortable moving across formats - including social media posts, reels, short-form videos, campaigns, presentations, digital creatives, AI-generated content, and other communication requirements.
You will work directly with the founders and collaborate with the strategy, content, marketing, and client-servicing teams across a wide variety of briefs.
Some days, you may design a social media carousel. On others, you may edit a reel, create an AI-generated video, build a presentation, develop a campaign visual, or explore a completely new way to communicate an idea.
We are looking for someone who thinks creatively before they start designing - someone who can understand the objective, improve the idea, suggest the right format, and take it through to polished execution.
What You Will Do
Turn ideas, briefs, and rough thoughts into engaging visual and digital content.
Conceptualise and create social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, banners, and digital assets.
Create, edit, and package reels and short-form videos for social media.
Develop visual hooks, transitions, pacing, and storytelling styles that make content more engaging.
Design presentations, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and communication materials.
Work across different brands, industries, campaign styles, and creative requirements.
Use platforms such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools depending on the brief.
Explore and use AI tools for image generation, video creation, ideation, editing, animation, and creative experimentation.
Adapt ideas across multiple formats, platforms, aspect ratios, and communication requirements.
Support basic shoots, content capture, storyboarding, and visual planning when required.
Collaborate closely with founders, strategists, writers, client-servicing teams, and other creative partners.
Manage multiple creative assignments while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Stay aware of social media formats, visual trends, emerging tools, and changing content styles.
Take ownership of creative work from the initial idea through to the final output.
What We Are Looking For Essential Skills
0-3 years of experience in Creative Design, Graphic Design, Content Creation, Visual Communication, Video Editing, or a related creative field.
Fresh graduates with the right mindset and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Strong creative instinct and the ability to think beyond standard templates.
Good understanding of visual storytelling, social media content, and digital communication.
Ability to create and edit reels and short-form videos.
Comfort using Canva for quick, high-quality creative execution.
Working knowledge of one or more tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Comfort experimenting with AI-powered image and video tools.
Good sense of typography, colour, composition, layout, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to understand a brief, ask the right questions, and suggest creative solutions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished work.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take ownership.
You do not need to be an expert in every tool. What matters most is your creative thinking, resourcefulness, curiosity, and ability to produce strong work.
