Role Overview:

As a Digital Creator Stylist at Rent An Attire, you will be key in driving traffic to our Pune store through compelling digital content, strategic styling, and effective online campaigns. Your creativity and expertise will attract potential clients to our physical locations by showcasing our curated collections and offering fashion advice across our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of both fashion and digital marketing, with a focus on generating footfalls for our Pune store.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation to Drive Footfalls:

Develop visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing the unique in-store collections to inspire visits to the Pune location.

Highlight in-store experiences, events, and exclusive collections through engaging digital storytelling.

Shoot behind-the-scenes content, giving potential customers a glimpse of the shopping experience at Rent An Attire.

Styling Fashion Expertise:

Style outfits from Rent An Attire's collection, promoting both rental options and store exclusives to attract customers to visit the Pune store.

Share personalized styling tips and recommendations that highlight the diverse range of products available at the store.

Create and share “style challenges” or fashion guides encouraging people to visit the store for in-person consultations or fittings.

Social Media Strategy to Increase Footfall:

Promote store-specific events, offers, and exclusive in-store collections on social media platforms to create buzz and drive foot traffic to the Pune store.

Design location-based social media campaigns, including geo-targeted ads, highlighting store visits and special offers available only at the Pune location.

Actively engage with followers, sharing updates about new arrivals, in-store events, or exclusive rental options only available at the Pune store.

Collaborations Influencer Engagement:

Partner with local influencers or brand ambassadors to showcase Rent An Attire's Pune store experience, driving their followers to visit the store.

Coordinate with influencers to host in-store events or live streams, boosting real-time footfall and creating excitement around store visits.

Event Promotion Campaigns:

Help promote in-store pop-up events, styling sessions, or seasonal collections, driving foot traffic to the Pune store through creative campaigns.

Develop visually engaging content for store-based events, such as store openings, themed days, or product launches, to encourage customers to visit.

Branding Engagement:

Build Rent An Attire’s local community by engaging with potential customers on social media, encouraging them to experience the brand firsthand at the Pune location.

Use customer testimonials and stories to showcase the value of visiting the store in person, whether for fittings, consultations, or special rentals.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or fashion styling (preferably with a focus on e-commerce or physical retail).

Proven ability to create content that drives customer engagement and foot traffic to physical locations.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques, including geo-targeting and influencer collaborations.

A creative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion and sustainability.

Ability to work with basic photo and video editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with influencers or managing collaborations, particularly in driving foot traffic to retail locations.
• Knowledge of SEO and local digital marketing practices.
