The Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian Lead to oversee and optimize the management of digital assets within the Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) platform. This leadership role involves managing a team of 8-20 professionals, ensuring seamless workflows,regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in managing source files, ensuring their integrity and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain metadata and tagging systems to enhance asset organization and retrieval.
- Validate distribution packages to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold strict compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication regarding digital asset workflows, compliance, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in digital asset management, particularly with VVPM.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry compliance standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
