About Pro Physio SA:

Pro Physio SA have a team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health Practitioners across a number of Pro Health Care practices who are supportive and collaborative in their approach.

The Role:

Pro Health Care aims to provide Dietetic services to clients in a private clinical setting to encompass pro-active management of a range of health conditions including complex co-morbidities.

You will manage a sole-therapist workload to deliver high level nutrition and dietetic clinical services to our patients, within a multidisciplinary team, in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

The positions is offered as full-time across the below locations:

Aldinga
Dover Gardens
Henley Beach
Kidman Park
Tasks Include:

Planning diets and menus, and instructing people on the requirements and importance of diet and on the planning and preparation of food;
Collecting, organising and assessing data relating to health and nutritional status of individuals, groups and communities;
Interpreting and communicating scientific information and providing advice, education and professional opinion to individuals, groups and communities;
Monitoring food intake and quality to provide nutritional care;
Calculating nutritional values of food served;
Planning, conducting and evaluating nutrition intervention programs and compiling educational material;
Providing nutrition assessments, nutrition management, and nutrition education, research and training;
Consulting with other Health Professionals and related workers to manage the dietary and nutritional needs of patients
About You:

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent;
Registered with Health Funds as a provider of Dietetic services;
2 or more years’ relevant experience;
Interest in providing educational support to patients;
Honest and integrity and the ability to work with confidential information;
The ability to work productively within a team environment.
