Our mechanics average $25 - $32/hour based on location and experience, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $15/hour of performance pay
All shop items are available at cost to Mettler team members
Team members can use company equipment for personal use
Shop open to team members after-hours
Will be working side-by-side with the owner of the company at times
In an effort to cover up to 50% of the employee's monthly health insurance costs, we will raise the employee's base pay to meet this need - up to $1,100
Starting at 6 months:
Tool allowance
