Project Description
Our Client is a leading ASEAN universal bank, with arguably the largest Asia Pacific investment banking network. It is also a world leader in Islamic finance. The Group is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers consumer banking, wholesale banking, Islamic banking and asset management products and services with presence in 16 countries. It is the fifth largest banking group by assets in ASEAN and, as at the end of 2016 with 3+,000 staff and over 12 million customers.
Client needs to continue software development work for web, mobile and APIs, database, integration etc. The deliverables would include web/mobile app with micro-services (Spring boot+Docker+Kubernetes) back end and MySQL database. There will be various integrations to current sub-systems of the bank. This team requires DevSecOps Engineer to support great initiative of this bank.

Responsibilities
Responsible for design and implementation of DevOps that covers continuous integration, code scanning, automated testing, configuration management, release management, blue-green deployment, online collaboration, cloud hosting, and system monitoring.
Responsible for implementing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines by working with the development team and SCB Enterprise DevOps team.
Champion DevOps innovations by introducing better tools and agile practices.
Ensure reports on code metrics (i.e. code quality, code coverage, security scanning etc) are in place.
Skills
Must have

7-+ years of experience in DevOps and Software Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge in scripting languages such as Groovy and Linux shell.
Strong knowledge in Microservices Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, OpenShift, Kubernetes, REST API, Spring Boot
Strong knowledge in CI/CD toolset such as Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, BitBucket, JaCoCo, SonarQube, Flyway, Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA.
Knowledge in databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Knowledge in automated testing toolset such as jUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Selenium etc.
Knowledge in log analysis tools such as ELK stack, Zipkin etc.
Knowledge in Authentication and Authorisation frameworks and tools, e.g. WSO2, Kerberos, SSO, OUD, LDAP, JWT, Spring Security.
Knowledge in Workflow Engine e.g. jBPM, Activiti.
Knowledge in Server Management, Networking, Virtualisation/Virtual Machine, Docker.
Knowledge in Big Data technologies e.g. Hadoop, HDFS, Spark.
Knowledge in AWS.

Change Knowledge:
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Good track record of communicating effectively with both business and IT staff at all levels.
Experience in promoting DevOps culture among developers and testers.
Good presentation skills.

Proven ability to work within a team environment
