Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable DevOps / System & Network Engineer with hands-on experience in server management, office IT infrastructure, LAN setup, firewall configuration, and cloud/on-premise environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across servers, networks, and internal systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesServer & DevOps Management
• Install, configure, and manage Linux servers such as Ubuntu and CentOS.
• Set up and maintain web servers including Apache and Nginx, along with PHP environments.
• Manage and optimize databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Configure and manage WHM/cPanel servers and hosting environments.
• Deploy applications and maintain server infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Monitor server health, logs, uptime, and system performance.
Experience: 2–4 Years
Network & Office IT Infrastructure
• Set up and manage office LAN/WAN networks.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
• Manage internet leased lines, VPN connections, and internal network access.
• Ensure proper IP management, VLAN configuration, and network segmentation.
Firewall & Security Management
• Configure and maintain hardware and software firewalls.
• Implement network security policies, access controls, and security best practices.
• Manage SSL certificates, DNS, and email security configurations.
• Monitor systems to prevent unauthorized access, threats, or attacks.
• Ensure endpoint and server security across the infrastructure.
Maintenance & Technical Support
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Manage backups, restore processes, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support to internal teams for infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux system administration.
• Good knowledge of Apache, Nginx, PHP, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in LAN/WAN setup, network administration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on knowledge of firewall configuration such as Fortigate, Sophos, pfSense, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN concepts.
• Experience with WHM/cPanel server management.
• Familiarity with network security tools and monitoring systems.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash.
Good to Have
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with VPN setup such as OpenVPN or IPSec.
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Ability to manage multiple systems, tasks, and priorities effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidate with practical experience in DevOps, server administration, network management, and office IT infrastructure will be preferred.
• Should be capable of handling both day-to-day operational support and infrastructure-level troubleshooting.
• A proactive and security-focused approach to system and network management is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
