Description
Our Client is seeking a DevOps Specialist to manage service operations and design robust deployment environments, automation pipelines, monitoring systems, and diagnostic tools to support continuous, iterative development. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and users to evolve service delivery in agile environments.
While this role is remote, must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times, due to network and data security issues. Must work during standard business hours (MST).

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following: • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and 5 years of DevOps related experience OR • 2-yr Information Technology related degree or diploma and 7 years of DevOps related experience
Experience securing workloads in hybrid or multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration of Zero Trust principles across on-premises and cloud platforms. (5+ years)
Experience developing on cloud platforms and utilizing cloud services in development and in solutions. (5+ years)
Experience in leading hybrid (cloud as well on-premise) data initiatives, from strategy development to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. (5+ years)
experience managing a production service in an enterprise using cloud-based infrastructure and/or using Infrastructure as Code. (5+ years)
Experience with cloud-based development. (5+ years)
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with cloud computing or big data platforms and infrastructure. (5+ years)
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and the ability to leverage them to build scalable and resilient architectures. (5+ years)
Experience with containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code practices for cloud or hybrid environments. (5+ years)
Proven ability to define and communicate solution architecture for large-scale systems, including integrations, modernization strategies, and cloud-native design patterns. (5+ years)
