Opportunity

Cyphercor is looking for an experience DevOps professional familiar with web based applications, micro services and cloud deployments. We are looking to scale up our operations and maintain ISO 27001 certification. We service customers worldwide and have been growing tremendously over the past several years.

About the role

The position is for a full-time DevOps Engineers working closely with our development team. Our headquarters are in Kanata, Ontario, and this position is open to full-time remote work from anywhere in Canada.

You would be essential in bridging between Software Engineers and software delivery in production. You will design, build and maintain the software development systems leveraged by the Software Engineers. This includes Continuous Integration pipelines, cloud deployments and maintenance, and developer and product support. We leverage automation everywhere for our infrastructure deployments and maintenance.

You will also assist with Architecture and design for scale, monitoring, availability and general instrumentation.

You should be familiar Cloud and DevOps tools and technologies. In general have a passion for learning and applying your knowledge. Some concrete technologies:

Ansible
Jenkins
VMWare ESXi and vSphere
Cloud deployments: AWS, Azure
Service scalability
MySQL
Git
Windows
Linux
Cloud Security
Java experience a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
