About the Opportunity
Navy Command is offering an exciting opportunity for a Devonport Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of timely deep maintenance to the UK's submarine fleet and ensuring the financial health of the base.
Responsibilities
Providing financial advice to the Naval Base Commander and the Devonport Naval Base Board
Preparing and administering the finances of the Naval Base business and budget
Assisting in promoting best practice in all areas of financial activity within the Naval Base
Requirements
AAT Level 2 or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of financial procedures and MS Office IT skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and deliver high-quality results under pressure
