Development ManagerRecruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor(agents interacting with customers),Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged PersonalFinancial AdvisorsBuilding a team of PFAs:Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organisationCoordinating the appointment process of the PFAsActivisation of successfully appointed new PFAs through handholding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sellAchieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organisations targetsDeliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goalsEnsuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the companyMotivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achievedMeasurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAsEnsure that RR schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team performWork towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAsTrack customer proposals through to conversionRequirementsJob Requirements: 25 to 47 YearsExperience Minimum 1 years sales experience
