Visual Designer Opportunity
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for designing documents that influence decision-makers? We're seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of visually stunning A4-sized documents. Your designs will shape landmark documents for listed and unlisted entities of the Indian Stock Market, including Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, Sustainability Reports, and ESG Reports.
As a Visual Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design high-quality visual elements, comprising thematic cover concepts and insides pages (16–120 pages) covering different chapters. You'll also be responsible for bringing international design trends and modern layouts to life, effectively using brand colours, typography, infographics, visual effects, and other design elements.
Key Responsibilities
· Design visually appealing documents from concept to final delivery
· Collaborate with internal teams and leading Indian corporates to ensure timely project completion
· Explore intelligent online assistive tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience in visual design
· Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original design ideas
· Awareness of global design trends and best practices
· Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
· Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback from internal teams and clients
· Strong commitment to deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
