Role Description
Role Proficiency:
• Experience designing and implementing conversational bots for voice (must) 2+ year Experience in Google Dialogflow CX (MUST)
• Experience in designing/developing user centric conversation experiences involving chat, text , or voice
• Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, Intent classification, dialog flows, personality insight, Text to Speech, Speech to Text
• Sound knowledge of GCP cloud platforms (MUST)
• Integrate APIs using NodeJS or Python or Java
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills Responsibilities
• Design Develop Debug and Test Callflow and conversations in GCP cloud
• Identify and track conversations and calls sessions and identify root cause analysis for issues
• Interface with key stakeholders to gain in depth understanding and apply your proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Develop call flow in integration with Salesforce and Service now APIs
• Follow Agile principles and defect triage process
