Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and organized Wedding & Matchmaking Consultant to handle both national and international client inquiries. The role involves understanding client preferences, suggesting compatible match profiles, and recommending personalized destination wedding packages while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to domestic and international client inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Understand client needs to suggest suitable match profiles and destination wedding options.
Present and explain services, packages, pricing, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
Create and share customized proposals, event plans, and travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
Maintain and regularly update the client database (brides, grooms, and families) with accurate details.
Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
Provide ongoing client support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and successful conversions.
Stay informed about current trends in wedding destinations, event themes, and matchmaking practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
