Role Description

Qualifications
• Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting skills
• Technical Support and Desk Top Support skills
• Printer Support skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are beneficial
