Job description:

A Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance and support to computer users within an organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operation of desktop systems. They are the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties, offering both remote and on-site assistance. Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, using various troubleshooting techniques.
Hardware and Software Management:Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading hardware (computers, peripherals, etc.) and software applications.
User Support:Providing guidance and support to users on various software, hardware, and IT policies.
System Maintenance:Performing regular system backups, applying patches, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure system stability and security.
Documentation:Maintaining records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
Escalation:Identifying and escalating complex issues to specialized teams or vendors when necessary.
Training:Providing basic training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
Ability to commute/relocate:

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
