Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher) at Dream Orbit Operational Staffing Solutions, your role will involve providing basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware & software issues, and maintaining systems. You will handle tasks such as installing and configuring desktops, laptops & printers, performing basic hardware and software troubleshooting, setting up Windows and software, providing network/LAN connectivity support, setting up printers and peripheral devices, and offering technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure desktops, laptops & printers
- Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting
- Set up Windows and software
- Provide network/LAN connectivity support
- Configure printers and peripheral devices
- Offer technical support to users

Qualifications Required:
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware & networking
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BCA / Any Graduate preferred
- Good learning attitude and communication skills

Please note that the salary for this position is 10,000 12,000 per month. The work location is in person at Neta Ji Subhash Place, Delhi.
