Key Responsibilities:

Provide Windows desktop and network support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Configure and maintain Windows systems.
Support Webex meetings and resolve related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and peripherals.
Resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Provide remote and on-site technical support.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
