Job Description
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues in desktops and laptops, including RAM, HDD/SSD, and peripherals. Additionally, you will install and configure printers and scanners, as well as handle basic troubleshooting for these devices. You will also be expected to configure and resolve basic network issues such as IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi. A basic understanding of routers, switches, and network infrastructure will be beneficial for this role.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot hardware issues in desktops and laptops (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)
- Install and configure printers and scanners
- Handle basic printer/scanner troubleshooting
- Configure and resolve basic network issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi)
• *Qualifications Required:**
- Relevant experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and configurations
