Senior Fashion Creative

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Fashion Creative to design and develop high-quality fashion collections for export markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, technical expertise, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal fashion lines tailored for export markets (e.g., USA, UK, Europe).
• Create mood boards, trend reports, and line sheets showcasing the latest fashion trends.
• Design and develop tech packs, CADs, and garment specifications for production.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
• Liaise with buyers and vendors to adapt collections based on feedback and market needs.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in Western wear and export-driven fashion houses.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and export readiness.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and fashion CAD tools.
• In-depth understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, trims, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior work with international buyers or export markets.
• Strong trend-forecasting abilities and understanding of seasonal fashion cycles.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in design revisions.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
