We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer – Menswear Couture (Ethnic) to join the design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing luxury ethnic menswear collections, including bridal, ceremonial, festive, and occasion wear. The role requires a deep understanding of countries textiles, couture craftsmanship, embroidery techniques, garment construction, and luxury fashion aesthetic

• xury.Design bridal and occasion wear including Sherwanis, Achkans, Bandhgalas, Kurta Sets, Indo-Western ensembles, Jackets, Bandi Jackets, Nehru Jackets, Bundis, and ceremonial separ
• ates.Develop mood boards, colour palettes, fabric stories, embroidery themes, trims, and silhouette direc
• tion.Create detailed fashion illustrations, technical sketches, and design specificat
• ions.Ensure collections align with the brand's creative vision and commercial stra
tegy.
Fabric, Surface & Embroidery Devel
• opmentResearch and source luxury fabrics suitable for couture and ethnic men
• swear.Develop innovative embroidery concepts using traditional crafts such as Zardozi, Aari, Resham, Dabka, Nakshi, Sequins, Mirror Work, Appliqué, Beadwork, and Thread Embro
• idery.Work with artisan clusters and embroidery vendors to develop new surface techn
• iques.Select trims, linings, buttons, accessories, and finishing details consistent with luxury stan
dards.

• details.Recommend design refinements to improve wearability and comfort without compromising luxury ae

Q
• ualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design from NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or another reputed desi
• gn institute.5–8 years of experience in luxury ethnic menswear, couture, bridal wear, or premium desi
• gner fashion.Experience working with luxury fashion houses is high
ly preferred.
