Your Team
In support of Invescos position as a leading independent global investment management company which provides a comprehensive array of enduring investment solutions for retail, institutional and high net worth clients around the world, this position is responsible for executing marketing communications including high-level print and electronic production & multi-media support, while providing expert support in industry-specific programs, file management and work processes in support of the companys marketing/sales initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Your Role
Design and produce marketing collateral, brochures, infographics, forms, electronic corporate presentation materials and other digital and print communication materials, under minimal supervision
Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, meet quality standards and production requirements through thorough self-review to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assess requirements, and deliver work within established timelines
Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion while meeting agreed timelines and stakeholder expectations
Leverage AI-enabled productivity and design tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
Follow diligent file management / organizes & archives files according to established departmental processes
Become proficient in utilizing web-based job trafficking system (Aprimo) to manage all production tasks
The Experience You Bring
2+ years of experience in graphic design, content production, or creative services supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, branding, print production, video editing and motion graphics creation
Proficiency in Adobe CC tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premier and After Effects
Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content development is a plus.
Knowledge in producing/editing HTML5/CSS3 email templates / banners is added advantage
Exposure to Adobe Firefly, Generative AI tools, and AI-powered video editing platforms will be a plus

Ability to review/troubleshoot files and provide effective, thoughtful solutions to issues in a professional and productive manner
Effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels across our global network

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Academic requirements
An Associate's degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field preferred. Two years of work experience in technical graphic design & content production/page layout/file management may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
