Design Lead: Girls
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to everything
they do-someone who loves taking on challenges and is genuinely excited about building a standout
Kidswear brand from the ground up.
This role demands speed, adaptability, and a keen understanding of kids girls wardrobe. The design lead
will play a key role in creating fashion trends into commercially viable, seasonal & quick-to-market range
for Girls.
Monitor market trends, and social media to quickly respond with new design inputs.
Define the seasonal vision and create ranges for the Girlswear category (2-12 years)
Strong grasp of fast fashion dynamics, consumer behavior, and short lead-time product
cycles.
Work closely with buyers and merchandisers for drops-based assortments and mid-
