Job Description
To design, develop, and optimize gear cutting tools (hobs, shaper cutters, shaving cutters, etc.) ensuring precision, durability, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Tool Design: Create detailed designs for gear cutting tools using CAD/CAM software..
• Technical Drawings: Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and 2D/3D models.
• Material Selection: Recommend suitable materials and coatings for tool longevity and performance.
• Process Optimization: Improve tool geometry and cutting parameters to enhance efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients regarding tool usage and troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
