In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive visual language across all channels, from social media to performance ads, videos, decks, packaging, and internal branding. You will work closely with our product, content, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive visual brand strategy that reflects our company's values and mission
- Create a cohesive visual language that resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate them into relevant work
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or fast-paced in-house brand team
- Strong portfolio reflecting command of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of brand management and ability to think strategically about design
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Notion, and AI-based design tools
