Lead and manage Area Managers and agency sales teams.

Recruit, coach, and develop agency leaders and sales teams.
Improve branch productivity, premium renewals, and persistency.
Monitor branch performance through regular reviews and planning.
Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations across the region.
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory.
Post-graduation is preferred.
15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance Agency Channel.
Minimum * years of experience in a managerial role.
Solid experience in team handling, agency recruitment, sales management, and business development.
Valuable knowledge of life insurance products, agency operations, and sales processes.
