Evaluate nursing performance and provide feedback, training, and mentoring.
Handle patient and staff grievances related to nursing services.
Ensure availability and proper usage of nursing supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth clinical functioning.
Participate in audits, quality assurance programs, and policy formulation.
