Job Description
Deputy Manager- Pricing Specialist - 2+ years - Gurgaon
Looking for CA/CMA professionals or MBA Qualified with extensive experience in Forecasting, BPO or IT Pricing, Revenue Assurance, Deal Pricing, Commercial Contract Review and Contract Negotiations.

Responsibilities:
1. Pricing of global BPO Opportunities for outsourcing deals.
2. Creating and reviewing commercial construct of the deals.
3. Financial Modeling, pricing analysis, forecasting etc.
4. Understand customers requirement & propose win-win deal structuring, including financial engineering required.
5. Working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate commercial proposals, etc.
6. Understanding of P&L items & its analysis Experience in BPO Industry Deal Comparison.
7. Contract Negotiation Good Communication Skills Work on Pricing and structuring commercial term for proposal /response to RFP/RFI.
8. Commercial review of contracts and redlining of the relevant clauses.
Requirements
• Qualified CA/MBA
• Ability to handle the teams and prior experience of team management.
• knowledge of Financial Management frameworks.
