Position: Deputy Manager – Loan Segment

Job Description

Drive loan sales by leading a mid-sized team of field executives
Work closely with channel partners and aggregators for loan sourcing
Maintain productivity metrics and ensure monthly business targets
Coordinate with backend teams for loan approvals and disbursement
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the team
