1. Job Detail
Designation: Deputy Manager IT - Operations
Position Title: Market Lead - IT Operations or Regional Lead - IT Operations
Department: Information Technology
2. Job Description
• New store openings as per the targeted dates (IT vendor management, POS, Hardware & Infra setup, GO Live)
• Deep knowledge in POS operations, advice to corporate team on daily concerns and its problem management.
• Planning and execution of POS Deployments/updates, roll backs and managing its impact.
• Evaluating and giving feedback on the pilot projects.
• Coordinating with other stake holders to make sure a smooth completion of projects.
• Stake holder management (Market Manager, Ops Managers, Area Coaches and RGMs)
• Supporting to the restaurants on all POS related issues by Coordinating with shared support Manager and Team
• Maintain all MIS reports for the Market
• RCA for all the major issues (pos/network)
• Coordination with YUM Tech Team
• Restaurant IT Audits & Asset Management
• Critical Incident Management – Co ordinate with All tech teams
• Approachability and availability based on business requirement
3. Soft Skills Required
• Challenging the status Quo.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Excellent skills in stake holder management
• Results oriented; committed to quality of service
• Self- motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
• Ability to think conceptually on the fly
• Adaptive to change, having comfort in fast-changing technology environment
• Always looking to raise the bar of own skills/competencies
4. Qualifications, Experience & Skills
· BCA / BSC-IT or CS / B.Tech-IT or CS / MCA
· 7 to 10 years of experience in IT Operations support
· Minimum 6 years of IT support experience in the QSR environment
· Minimum 6 Experience in New Store Setup, Service Delivery & Project Management
· Vendor and Partner management
· Basic knowledge in MSSQL / Oracle
· Working knowledge on Windows, Windows Server OS, IIS, Active Directory, SFTP & FTP, Outlook, Teams
· Nice to have ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 certification and working/implementation knowledge
