1. HR Strategy and Planning:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
2. HR Operations Management:
• Oversee the administration of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure smooth execution of payroll and benefits administration.
3. Employee Relations :
• Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to internal HR team.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
5. HR Projects and Initiatives:
• Lead HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
