Job Title: Deputy Manager – Counseling (Admissions & Tele-Counseling) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Onsite) Company: Chandigarh University Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Industry: Education / EdTech Department: Admissions / Inside Sales / Counseling Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Day Shift) Compensation: ₹7.5 – ₹9 LPA (₹60,000 – ₹75,000 In-hand) About the Role Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead admissions and tele-counseling operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in admissions or inside sales, and the ability to drive team performance, student conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors.
• Establish performance benchmarks and ensure achievement of admissions targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and drive retention strategies. Admissions & Revenue Management - Drive admissions conversions and revenue generation through effective counseling strategies.
• Monitor and optimize lead conversion rates and admissions funnel performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of prospective student inquiries.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.
