We are looking for a Deputy Manager in Retail Branch Banking for India's Leading Bank. Which is known as a GREAT PLACE TO WORK.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieving sales targets and revenue goals through the sale of Current Account and Savings Account products.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and digital marketing.
• Managing relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for managing and training a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting other banking products and services to customers.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting regular reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, and team performance.
Candidates Requirement:
• Any Graduation / Post Graduation
• 3 to 6 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any domain
• Banking/Finance and Insurance domain experience beneficial for us
• Good Communication and presentations Skills
• Banking Products Knowledge
