Role: Deputy General Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel

Location: Windemere

Salary: Up to £45k + Bonus + Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy General Manager from a high-quality hotels background to assist in leading a stunning boutique hotel operation. With a five-star service, this role will oversee all departments and HODs to ensure an exceptional guest service is delivered.

The role;
• Oversee all departments and HOD’s of this high-quality hotel operation with a key focus on ensuring the highest standards of service is delivered to all guests.
• Attend senior management meetings and support the General Manager in achieving the business goals.
• Be responsible for supporting the financial plan with a focus on budgets and sales across all departments.
• Lead the training plans, team development and coaching of department managers to ensure excellent knowledge and exceptional service and standards.

The Candidate:

·Experience as a Senior Manager within the hotels sector. Ideally you will be from a small high quality hotel background as a Deputy General Manager / Operations Manager or Food Beverage Manager looking for progression.

·You will have experience working in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment

·You will have a passion for food and knowledge of wines.

·A strong work ethic, and strong leadership skills are also key to this role.

·A good understanding of financial controls across all areas of the business.
