Job Description
Position Title : Deputy Finance Controller
Reporting To : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location : Noida -6 Days working
Qualification- Chartered Accountant
Experience – 10-18 years
Industry- Electronics Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of books in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, Ind AS, GAAP, etc.).
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Experience in consolidation of Indian and Foreign Entities
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations to management.
• Monitor departmental spending and financial performance against approved budgets.Compliance & Controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal control systems and financial governance frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and facilitate audit closure activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Support treasury activities including banking relationships and fund management.
• Assist in optimizing cash utilization and financial risk management.
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
• Provide financial analysis, management reports, and performance dashboards.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case evaluations.
• Partner with business units to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting team members.
• Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Experience
• 10–16 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
