Dental Administrator — Kitchener, ON
Full-Time | Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
Solar Dental is looking for a friendly, organized Dental Administrator to join our team at our Kitchener office.

About the Role
As our Dental Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of keeping the front office running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
Processing payments, insurance claims, and billing
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a dental or medical office administration role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
