Job Description
Location: Jaipur | Organisation: Dental Seva
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist with excellent English communication skills. Candidates with a sales, hospitality, or customer relationship background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients professionally.
• Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and front desk operations.
• Explain treatment plans and create customised treatment packages.
• Counsel patients and convert consultations into treatment acceptance.
• Follow up with patients and maintain strong patient relationships.
• Handle billing, payments, and clinic management software.
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
• Presentable, organised, and proactive.
• Experience in healthcare, sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
