Qualifications & experience

Excellent telephone communication skills.
Exceptional work ethics with time management skills.
Familiarity with medical/dental terminology.
Experience with dental software D4W.
Ability to both work individually and as a team.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service.
Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
Booking in patients and follow-up calls post treatments.
Strong understanding of health fund payment experience with HICAPS.
Managing patient invoicing and accounts.
Assisting with our patient recall systems.
Strong compliance with sterilization, safety and infection control measures.
Pouring models and processing X-rays.
Monitoring and restocking supplies.
