We’re searching for a front office professional who enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping systems organized and running smoothly. You’ll be central to patient communication, scheduling flow, insurance coordination, and creating an experience patients genuinely rave about.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & First Impressions

Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
Create a calm, friendly check-in experience that puts patients at ease
Assist with paperwork and ensure patients feel supported from arrival to departure
Pay attention to the small details that make a big difference
Insurance, Billing & Administrative Support

Verify dental insurance prior to appointments
Enter insurance information accurately and consistently
Assist with billing questions in a clear, patient-friendly way
Scheduling, Recall & Practice Growth

Manage recall and reactivation of overdue patients
Help strategically fill hygiene and SRP schedules
Maintain and utilize a short-call list to minimize schedule gaps
Support new patient onboarding and follow-up
Marketing & Community Touchpoints

Assist with patient engagement programs (No Cavity Club, gifts, outreach, etc.)
Support review generation and help maintain a strong online presence
Daily Front Desk Operations

Check patients in and out efficiently
Enter lab cases correctly and track as needed
Jump in where needed to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience working in a dental office (required)
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building rapport
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable communicating in person and over the phone
Familiarity with dental scheduling or practice management software
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Pride in accuracy, follow-through, and teamwork
Compensation & Benefits

$20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
